Link Graveyard is provided by That Fellow Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You enter the address of a website. Our server visits the publicly reachable pages of that site, up to a page limit, checks the links it finds on them, and shows you which links fail and why. It only sees what any visitor without a login could see.
Only scan sites you own, manage, or otherwise have permission to check. When you use Link Graveyard, you agree not to:

The free plan costs nothing and needs no signup. Its limits (pages per scan, scans per day, watchlist size) are shown on the site and may change.
Pro is a one-time payment of $19. It is not a subscription and you will never be charged again for it. Pro lasts for the life of the product: it stays active for as long as we run Link Graveyard. Your Pro license is tied to the email address you use at checkout. We may add to or change Pro features over time. See pricing for what Pro includes today.
Pro is unlocked in the browser you bought it in. To use it on another device or browser, go to Restore Pro and enter the email address you used at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying Pro. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Reports are meant to help you find problems, not to certify that a site is clean. We can't promise every broken link is found. Sites can block automated visits, answer our scanner differently than they answer people, time out, or change after a scan, and every scan stops at its page limit. Links to other sites that turn our scanner away with a 403 or 429 (bot walls) are reported separately and not counted as dead. Check a result yourself before you rely on it.
Link Graveyard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error free, or right for your purpose.
To the extent the law allows, That Fellow Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost search rankings or lost data, that comes from using or not being able to use the service. Our total liability for any claim about Link Graveyard is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro, or nothing if you have only used the free plan.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Link Graveyard after a change, you accept the updated terms.
